Return Policy

Free returns are accepted if;

  • it is within 30 days of product delivery
  • design is completely unrecognizable ( 0.7" and more print placement error) - please email us photos so we can start a return form.
  • product is damaged during shipping
  • design has faded considerably - 30-80% - please email us photos so we can start a return form.

Returns are not accepted if;

  • a customer accidently order the wrong size, or color
  • a customer changed their mind
  • 0.5" or less print placement error
  • product has faded slightly or has shrunk - >20%

Inky Bones is not responsible for incorrect addresses, shipping errors, or late deliveries. We as a company understand that shipping carriers can be tricky, and we will work with you to the best of our abilities to provide an excellent shopping experience. 

  • In case of an unsuccessful delivery, customers can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.

A few things to keep in mind when buying Direct To Garment (DTG) printed clothing;

  • There may be some fading ( 20% ) after the first wash - Wash & Care instructions are listed in every product on our website.
  • There may be some shrinking, as with any clothing. We will do our best to inform you of true to size garments or if you should consider sizing up - All size charts are listed in every product on our website.
